Advanced Design has an office model located at 52950 US-131, between Schoolcraft and Three Rivers in south-west Michigan. Our model home is a 44 ft. Williamsburg Cape Cod with the upper level unfinished so the customer can review the exceptional construction of the GHC product. There is also a second office at 22201 Swan Creek Road in Merrill which is west of Saginaw, Michigan.
A tour of the building facility and more models in Bay City, Michigan can be scheduled and is highly recommended. We are a full service construction company and work "one-on-one" with our home buyers to assist with financing, customize your plan, offer any or all site work including all the finishing touches.
